This is a leadership role with a clinical core. As Assistant Clinical Director at our Biltmore center, you will carry an active client caseload while also supporting the clinical operations of the center — mentoring behavior technicians, collaborating with the VP of Clinical Services, and helping shape the quality and culture of care we deliver every day.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to grow into clinical leadership without leaving the work they love. You will have real influence over how the center operates, real relationships with the families you serve, and real support from a leadership team invested in your success.
We are looking for a BCBA to serve families in South Tempe and surrounding communities through home-based and school-based ABA services. This is a field-based role with a flexible schedule, a manageable caseload, and strong clinical support from our Biltmore team.

The BCBA Supervisor works with a team of Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators to provide a range of applied behavior analytic assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
Join our center-based ABA team and work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a structured, collaborative clinic environment. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA therapy.
RBT certification preferred — paid training and certification support available for qualified candidates.
Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in the environments where they naturally learn, play, communicate, and interact every day — homes, schools, and community settings across Greater Phoenix.
By providing therapy beyond the clinic, you'll help children develop and generalize meaningful life skills in real-world situations alongside their families and caregivers.
